Next, we journey south to the charming fishing village at the Pacific Coast, renowned for its fresh seafood, including the legendary and enormous Pacific Spider Crab. Relish a delicious lunch by the ocean before heading to the nearby sand dunes for an exhilarating ATV ride along the coastline!
In the afternoon, we enter Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s premier wine region, for a wine tasting at El Cielo winery. It produces the most internationally awarded wines in Mexico and got the title of the First Eco Responsible Company.
Dinner takes us to Deckman’s el Mogor - premier dining destination where Michelin Star awarded chef Drew Deckman offers his guests an exceptional culinary experience deeply rooted in the traditions and flavors of Baja California.
End the day checking into hotel in Ensenada for a well-deserved rest.
We will start our morning with breakfast at the hotel before heading to La Bufadora, one of the world’s few marine geysers!
Back in Ensenada, we will dive into the city’s rich history with a visit to the Cultural Center, a historic landmark brimming with 1930s stories and legends. Am also we will visit the birthplace of the margarita cocktail
For lunch we will try Baja's street food at the famous La Guerrerense, where you’ll savor the best seafood tacos in the whole state!
The afternoon takes us to Monte Xanic premium wine producer - one of the oldest in the region and the one of that brought global recognition to Mexican wine.
Then, embark on a scenic horse ride through the mountains before heading to unique Bar right on the cliffs for sunset cocktails overlooking the ocean.
Dinner is a culinary masterpiece at Fauna. With chef David Castro Hussong, this restaurant was included in the list of 50-best restaurants in Latin America 2024.
Afterward, visit two more exceptional wineries, each offering unique flavors and experiences:
L.A. Cetto - being the largest wine producer in Mexico and one of the most traditional and prestigious wineries in Valle de Guadalupe, L.A. Cetto won more than 700 International Medals, so we can't miss it!
Domecq - this winery earned solid reputation for high quality and innovation. The winery itself is a masterpiece of design and we will take guided tour that delve into the processes of winemaking.
As we journey back to Tijuana, stop at a small village famed for its fresh lobsters and enjoy a traditional lunch prepared the local way.
This final indulgent meal is the perfect way to wrap up your unforgettable adventure in Baja California before returning to Tijuana with cherished memories and new stories to share.
