Culinary Experiences at Top Ranches

- First 3 nights we are going to stay at a 5-star Domun Hotel - a modern haven in the heart of Querétaro city. All rooms are spacious and stylish, equipped with top-of-the-line amenities. The hotel serve buffet breakfast with international cuisine at their on-site restaurant with 270° view.
- At 4th and 5th night we will step back in time moving to Hotel Hacienda de las Flores located in the center of San Miguel de Allende. Hotel's rich heritage, dating back to 1976 with its colonial architecture and lush gardens exude an authentic Mexican charm.
- The last night will be at Stadia Suites Queretaro. this modern hotel provides spacious suites with contemporary amenities, fitness center, buffet breakfast and city views.
Get ready for an explosion of flavors! We will taste, then taste, then taste some more, of both traditional and fusion Mexican dishes and traditional local beverages: we will visit six different vineyards and enjoy the best wines of the region.
- Many of these wines have received international awards;
- We will be meeting with many of the winemakers for a one on one tasting where they will explain what makes their wine special.
- On top of just visiting the best of the best, we will

We will visit 3 colonial cities:
- Santiago de Queretaro - a charming city in central Mexico, known for its rich history, architectural beauty, and vibrant cultural scene. We will explore the beautifully preserved colonial architecture with the iconic pink sandstone aqueduct, feel the city's revolutionary past, step into the vibrant present with lively plazas filled with street performers, bustling cafes, and renowned art galleries.
- San Miguel de Allende - a city that can be called a national monument of Mexico Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This isn't just a city, it's a vibrant tapestry of history, art, color and a masterpiece of colonial architecture. We will lose ourselves in the cobblestone streets where each corner bursting with colonial charm.
- Peña de Bernal - stands proudly as one of Mexico's most iconic natural landmarks. It is a home of indigenous Otomi people and it has the third-largest monolith in the world that also belongs to one of the “13 Natural Wonders of Mexico”. Peña de Bernal offers a unique blend of natural beauty, historical significance and regional cuisine.

We also are going to have lunch on their Terrace with a beautiful view of the vineyard and Peña de Bernal and iconic dishes served with fresh ingredients from their garden.
After wineries our cultural experience begins. We will explore the charming Peña de Bernal, with a walking tour through the city, a visit to the chocolate museum with tasting. We will finish the day with dinner at "El Arrayan" - the best restaurant in Bernal that serves Mexican dishes with a gourmet touch and elegant presentation.
- Puerta del Lobo: Red Wines, Unveiled
After wine tasting we will continue to Ranch La Hondonada for a captivating cheese-tasting experience, witnessing the cheese-making process and enjoying a delightful picnic day in the most exclusive area of Ranch.
The history of the Ranch goes back to 1995. They use Jersey cows that are considered in many countries as the best species for the production of quality dairy. We will try 6 different types of cheeses accompanied with homemade bread, grape jelly and a glass of wine.
En route back to Queretaro, we will make a quick stop to savor the local Mexican drink Pulque. For sure you never tried it before! And then we a delectable dinner at Barbaro - Asador de Campo restaurant that is a gastronomic reference for Queretaro state.
After Ranch experience we will journey to San Miguel de Allende, making a stop for an evening dinner tasting with wine pairing at the scenic San Francisco winery. This Family-owned winery produce wines steeped in generations of tradition. We will have 4-course dinner where each wine complements the flavors of a carefully curated meal and enjoy the warmth of authentic Mexican hospitality..
In the evening we will arrive at magical colonial town San Miguel de Allende and check-in at Hotel Hacienda de las Flores. You will have free time to explore the charm of this beautiful town.
- Cuna de Tierra: A Symphony of Terroir
We will taste 4 labels award winning wines from their premium collection accompanied by signature dishes from the Chef.
After we will continue the vinicultural adventure at Bodega Vineda San Miguel, where 4 more wine varieties await your palate.
- Viñedo San Miguel: Wine Elegance in Every Pour
After wine tasting experience we will come back to San Miguel de Allende to explore the enchanting streets and finish the day in a delightful dinner.
La Cañada de la Virgen has a rigorous inspection that each year to be certified organic by the organization, “Oregon Tilth, Inc.” since 2009. The Cañada de la Virgen Natural Reserve is a sanctuary with vast safe space where we will experience the majesty, tranquility and true luxury of the Mexican countryside. We are going to enjoy nature at its best while having a farm-to-table lunch under oak trees. We will try the best grass-fed meats cooked in front of us accompanied by snacks, salads and drinks.

After the disconnection from the modern world and reconnection in the peace of silence, we will return to Queretaro for your final night, reflecting on the memorable flavors and experiences of your hedonistic journey through Central Mexico.

I just want to send a quick note thanking you for organizing this amazing getaway. I truly enjoyed the private cenote experience, the glamping, the amazing Mayan dinner, and the personalized attention that you gave to all of us.
You did a phenomenal job making sure that everyone enjoyed their time on the trip. Though I know I will fondly remember the places we visited and how we visited them (the destinations and the journey), I’ll cherish most the people that accompanied me on this trip and the families and individuals I met while on the trip. I built some truly memorable friendships along the way and learned a lot from their experiences.
So thank you again for making this all happen and wish you nothing but the best as you bring more of the people together.
How lucky I was with the organization of the day off! I have been in the city of Playa del Carmen for 2 months, and during this time, I did not arrange mini-travels for myself. Anastasia was recommended to me - I applied immediately, and it was the right decision! After 2 days, I went to the island of Cozumel, where I felt an unforgettable feeling of freedom for the first time in my life, especially when I raced on a scooter along empty roads. Hot air mixed with a pleasant, cool breeze.
The first destination was a national reserve, where I rested on the cleanest beach with tricolor water and a complete absence of algae (and at that time, there were tons of algae on public beaches, and I even disdained to go into the water). Then I went for a walk along the lake where crocodiles live, but I did not dare to swim there. On the way back, I climbed the lighthouse, from which a great view of the entire island opened up; taking beautiful photos, I went to the next point: snorkeling; I saw shoals of fish and starfish while there were few people nearby!
I had dinner with a signature lobster burrito overlooking the sea, sat for a long time, and admired the sunset. I stocked up on spicy habanera sauces and happily sailed on the last ferry voyage, admiring the stars to the sound of live music. A lot of time has passed since that Saturday, and I often remember it with pleasure! Feel free to contact Anastasia - I am sure that she will make you an itinerary based on your needs.
