Day 1. Ranch Life & Wine Country
🕢 7:30 AM – Departure from Mexico City
We'll start our journey early to make the most of the day, traveling in a comfortable, air-conditioned van with bottled water and great company.
🧀 11:00 AM – Cheese Tasting & Ranch Tour at Rancho Santa Marina
Nestled in the highlands, this artisanal ranch is a hidden gem. You’ll tour the farm, meet the animals, and learn about their sustainable cheese-making process—followed by a tasting of their award-winning aged and fresh cheeses, paired with local fruit and wine.
🍽️ 1:45 PM – Lunch at Toro Rojo Arrachería
Recharge with a hearty Mexican meal in the countryside: juicy cuts of grilled meat in a casual setting with an authentic ranch vibe.
🍷 4:00 PM – Wine Tasting at Viñedo Dos Búhos
Located just outside San Miguel, Dos Búhos is an organic vineyard known for its artisanal, small-batch wines and stunning estate. You’ll taste four of their signature wines while learning about natural winemaking and the vineyard's biodynamic practices.

You’ll have time to explore and choose your own lunch spot—from street food to fine dining.
🍇 3:30 PM – Wine Tasting at Viñedo Tres Raíces
Tres Raíces is one of Guanajuato’s most stunning wine estates. Their architecture and hospitality are as impressive as their wines. We’ll enjoy a tasting of five varietals, learning about their unique terroir and modern techniques.
